My name is C. Kenan Johnson, Texas Realtor, I have been a real estate agent-investor since 09-11-2001, founded https://deedteam.com in March 2022. Deedteam.com is a collection of auction property data, compiled and stored in an easy to access subscriber website. We provide a very extensive auction property analysis on properties of interest as an added tool, to assist auction property investors improve their decision-making abilities with more key data points (i.e. recorded loan modification, partial claim, deeds of trust, encumbrances, lien release filed dates, market analysis etc...  After several months of learning how to navigate several Texas, county websites & deed record searches, also tax and trustee foreclosure auctions processes. Locating trustee's notice of sale hidden in plain sight by making simple technical adjustments.

I began studying and attending Tax/COA/HOA auctions around April 06, 2022, just for practice. My first Win @ Real Estate Auction was about 4 months later, on August 02, 2022. My second Win @ Real Estate Auction was September 06, 2022. I would suggest attending auctions just to get a feel before actually participating. Along the way I have invested in several properties & met some very interesting people.
